Gradebooks and scoring
Each exam is configured against an active assessment structure (the components that make up a score — tests, exams, assignments — and their weights). Teachers enter scores per subject per class/arm, and the system computes totals, averages, class rank and grade automatically from the configured assessment components — consistent across the whole school, not left to each teacher’s own spreadsheet formula.
Scoresheet scanning
Instead of typing scores in one by one, a teacher can photograph a paper scoresheet. iSchool extracts the names/IDs and scores via a vision model into a pre-filled digital scoresheet, which the teacher reviews — correcting anything mis-read — before approving and uploading. The extraction is always a proposal; nothing is committed until a human approves it. See Scoresheet Scanning.
Admit cards and entrance exams
Generate admit cards for an exam sitting, with cross-campus/cross-wing isolation enforced — an admit card or result from one wing never leaks into another’s listing.
Batch report cards & broadsheets
Generate a class/arm or term-wide broadsheet — every student’s per-subject scores, total, average, rank, grade and pass/fail status — as HTML, a CSV/xlsx download, or a real PDF (rendered via Gotenberg).
If PDF rendering isn’t configured (no Gotenberg instance), report cards still generate as HTML you can print from the browser — never a hard failure.
Public result verification
A parent or employer can verify a result via a hashed, rate-limited public token — no login required, and the lookup never exposes anything beyond what that specific token was issued for.
