A catalog of the school’s library holdings, and a checkout/return circulation flow against student IDs.

Fines

Overdue fines calculate deterministically from how many days a book is overdue — the same rule every time, not a manual judgment call per return — and feed into the student’s finance record when applicable, so an unpaid library fine shows up alongside other fees rather than being tracked separately.
