Platform Admin
This module only exists in a SaaS deployment. A custom/white-label deployment never installs it — not as a hidden panel, not as an inert service. See Installation.
The Platform Admin panel is Brainers Labs’ own tool for running iSchool as a product, separate from every tenant school’s own dashboard and sign-in.
Onboarding a school
There is no public self-registration page. A new school is created by a Brainers Labs operator from the Platform Admin panel: school name, first campus, and the school’s first admin account. That admin then signs in at their own school’s /login page like any other user.
Billing
Two ways to record payment for a school’s subscription:
- Automated — generate a Paystack payment link for a given enrolled-student count (₦280/student/term), send it to the school, and the payment is confirmed automatically via a webhook when it’s paid.
- Manual / offline — a Brainers Labs operator records a bank transfer or other offline payment directly, with a reference. Recording it is the verification — no separate approval step.
Suspending a school
A school can be deactivated from this panel. The effect is immediate: every active session for that school’s users is rejected on their very next request, and no one can log in again until the school is reactivated. This is the real enforcement mechanism behind “deactivate a school” — not just a flag that’s set and never checked.
